    Securing your room

    To secure your room for 2025/262024/25 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.

    Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the £150 deposit via your account on The Student Hub.

    All ¾ Bed En Suite

    Every room at the Junxion is En Suite, with a ¾ size bed.

    All utility bills

    Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!

    Internet and Wi-Fi

    You will have access to our WiFi service provided by Wifinity, offering 200MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.

    Fully fitted kitchen

    Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you'll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There's also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools.

    Apartment Lounges with TVs

    Each apartment lounge is fitted with comfy, leather sofas and has a TV with Freeview. TV Licence is included.

    Mezzino Lounge

    The communal Junxion Mezzino Lounge offers Sky and BT Sports on a 75” HDTV, a full size snooker table, a pool table and table football. Whether you want to catch the latest Premier League or Champions League game, watch a movie or simply meet up with friends, this is a great place to relax and socialise.

    On-Site Laundry

    Our fully-fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

    Bike Storage

    We have a private secure bike storage area on the ground floor. Only Mezzino Junxion residents have access – you can get a key from reception when you move in.

    24-hour On-Site Team

    Members of the Junxion management team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.

    Always Secure

    Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

    Cleaning Services

    All communal areas including Mezzino Lounge and laundry are cleaned on a daily basis.

    On-site maintenance team

    If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.

    Postage service and deliveries

    You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.

    Your rent includes personal contents insurance as we have partnered up with Howden For Students, the number 1 student insurance provider to arrange this for you at no extra cost!

  • Living at The Junxion has been a very homely experience for me, as from moving in on my first year of university I was a little nervous about living on my own so far away from my home in Liverpool; but that all change once I moved into my new room, as the buildings interior design gives off such a relaxing vibe that will allow you to study in peace. Although the staff in the building where so very comforting to speak to and will offer guidance on pretty much anything, as they are always there to help. Other than that I would highly recommend The Junxion to anyone as I am currently a second year living with my friend at The Junxion and I couldn’t feel more at home.
