What's Included?

All-inclusive Utility Bills

Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!

Internet and Wi-Fi

You will have access to our WIFI service provided by GLIDE, offering up to 250MB throughout the entire building, communal areas, stairwells and outside in our sports areas and courtyards. Wired ethernet ports are also in every bedroom with downloads speeds of up to 400MB and upload speeds of up to 600MB which is great for you gamers!

Fully fitted kitchen

Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate hob, integrated microwave/oven (Studios only) and fridge freezer. Our 8, 9 & 10 bed apartments are even set up with two of everything so there will be no arguments for cooking spaces! A hoover, mop & bucket, iron, ironing board, dustpan and brush are also provided.

External Sports Facilities

Our outdoor, floodlit MUGA (multi use games area) and Padel Tennis Courts offer a brilliant way to help with your health and wellbeing. With an all weather surface, inset goals, tennis nets, basketball hoops and cricket wickets, these stunning courts are suitable for any number of sports including tennis, football, basketball netball, hockey, and much more. Open 7 days a week from 9am until 9pm, you will be able to grab your friends and organise a game of your choice at a time that suits your schedule!

Private and group study hubs

In addition to the ample private study space provided in your apartment and room we also have four private study pods situated in our fantastic study communal lounge. You will be able to book these private study pods and invite your friends along to study with you in style. Our private study pods come fully equipped with a 55inc T.V, conference table and chairs.

Chill Out Area

Fitted with lazy seating, pool table, table football, board games and coffee dock, our chill out is the perfect place to relax and take a break from your studies. If you are a gamer, you’ll love our gaming pod fitted out with the latest in gaming tech to provide the perfect gaming experience.

We have a private secure cycle storage areas.

Our cinema room is equipped with the very latest audio and visual technology. So come and enjoy the full cinema experience on our 3.5m wide 4K screen complete with proper cinema seating! So whether you want to cast something onto the big screen and chill out or come along to some of our movie nights or watch the Champions League, the choice is yours.

Postage service and deliveries

You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.

Safe and secure

All entrances are access controlled, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day and you’ll have no need to worry about keys as we can provide an app for your phone which will unlock your door as you walk up to it. A member of our on-site team is available day or night, so you feel safe and secure all the time.

On-Site Laundry

Our state-of-the-art laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort. No need for queuing as our laundry app will let you see from the comfort of your apartment when machines are in use.

Landscaped Courtyards

All residents have access to four private, fully furnished courtyards which are complete with table tennis tables and our fantastic Big Rig Exercise Station, complete with 16 different exercises. Perfect for those seeking a creative bodyweight workout for the whole body whilst still being in the fresh air. A fantastic outdoor space and perfect zone to get away from it all for a while and do as much exercise as you need!
